At the raw material stage, key materials such as fabrics, buoyancy materials, and metal profiles must undergo performance inspection before entering the factory. During production, inspection checkpoints are established at critical process steps to ensure consistency in the machining of structural and sealing components.

Before shipment, finished products undergo batch performance sampling. Key metrics such as life jacket buoyancy and rope tensile strength are validated by test data, not visual inspection alone.
